Pineapple Electro Ice Pop
An electrolyte filled sport pop! A perfect cool down treat for the team.
ingredients
- 1.5 cups fresh pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- Pinch of salt
- 6 Zipzicle® ice pop bags (available from zipzicles.com)
instructions
- Mix pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, pinch of salt, and agave nectar in a blender until smooth.
- Using a batter pen or funnel, fill pouches. Place upright in a mug or container and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
